Cash Wise Foods Grocery Store

I usually have a great experience here, but today was different. My son had just got a procedure done, (a tooth pulled, and a filling from the dentist) so I came to cashwise to get him some kneophla soup, and I wanted to get myself some cheddar broccoli soup. So thats what we got. I got my son a pre packaged corn bread, and I got myself a bun so that I could dip it in my soup. Mind you the bun was from the salad bar, so I put it in a little take out container that was provided in the salad bar area. I went to lane 1 for check out which is the express lane... 10 items or less. When the cashier was checking us out, she seemed very upset when I told her that I had a bun in the take out container and she said "I dont even know how to ring this up". Her demeanor was very dismissive, and rude from the jump. So I said that i had got it from over by the salad bar. She then mentioned again that she didnt know how to ring up the bun. I just stayed quiet, because at this point, I myself got upset with how i was being treated over a bun. I wasn't expecting that kind of customer service from cashwise, considering I always have a pleasant experience otherwise. The cashiers name was "Pat L." When

I used two machines while doing self checkout because the first machine froze . Then I got a bank email that I made 2 transactions so I went to the customer service and Jennifer is so nice , so helpful and so apologetic ( and I’m like she doesn’t need to apologize it was the machine’s fault lol) but truly what a nice lovely lady God bless her. This is a very clean super clean , organized grocery store we love to shop here whenever we are in Bismarck ND. Highly recommended store .

The big guy back in the deli needs a raise. Top notch customer service and patience even with my indecisive choices. The chicken was fresh even with a car ride across town. Highly recommend the deli for any meal ideas.

Terrible customer service. I made a purchase and then their machine shut down. It went through on my card right away and I attempted to show the service member that it did, but she didn’t believe me. She told me that I had to wait for the machine to reboot so that they could see if it went through on their end. It didn’t print a receipt and she forced me to re-purchase my items. She then stated that I should come back in if I did get double charged. Well, I did. Now I am out of town and instead of it being convenient for me, I have to wait to come back in to the establishment to receive the refund that I am owed. Mary, please learn basic customer service. It really would not have been that hard if you actually valued the customer instead of trying to block my way when I attempted to leave after paying for my items. So, poor customer service and attempted false imprisonment? This makes the store look really bad I will not be shopping here again after being a loyal Cash Wise customer for 10+ years.

I'm loving this new location. I also live up north and I know a lot of us up here will enjoy the closer option. New carts with cupholders, Caribou Coffee inside, liquor store with an indoor connection towards the grocery store, and the aisles are nicely placed. Also, the liquor store is bigger with better displays and way more options. Again, I am loving this new location! Friendly employees helped me set up a rewards account and got me through the line quickly. Everything was well stocked and organized on the shelves.
